Mountain West IRA, a 20-year -old local company, doing business nationally, is offering this exciting opportunity for an administrative position in our Asset Maintenance Department. We are looking for an enthusiastic individual responsible for maintaining client assets by processing payments, depositing income, and depositing IRA contributions. This position requires an ability to work independently and be self-sufficient as well as to have excellent written and oral communication skills.
We are client service oriented and have developed years-long relationships with over 3,500 clients.

Job Functions: (Position may include additional functions not listed)
- File and scan all paperwork appropriately
- Enter client transactions and fees in trust software for daily payment processing
- Complete processing tasks for all deposit transactions
- Create name & address records in trust accounting software
- Support the process of outgoing checks by ensuring all have appropriate documentation and sufficient funds to pay
- Cross-train as backup for all administrative positions
- Answer and route calls to appropriate people
Experience:
- Proficiency in computerized systems and software applications
- Strong computer literacy with knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience in data entry with a high level of accuracy
- Customer service experience in an office setting
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Familiarity with clerical duties and office procedures
Job Details:
- Full-Time at 39 hours/week
- $18.00/hour
